Well, you need some sort of control. We have five Moderators. It's run as a group effort. And the control is with the group and not with the individual flamers & stalkers. That's why my group is growing at 100+ members each week, because it's secure. Folks don't want to have to ignore losers. It's like having to step around in a field covered in dog poop. Who needs it?
