Hello, I'm a new member and looking for some tech help on a project guitar. From pieces bought on the internet I put together a Jake Lee Strat type guitar. It has a brass nut, 22 frets, 25 1/2 inch scale length, and a regular 6 screw strat type bridge with graphtech saddles. I measured everything out according to "stew mac". All seems well except for tuning. When tuned with intonation set, bar chords sound great however when playing open chords the G and B string sound a little out. The tuner says there right on but they sound off. What is my problem? What did I overlook? Thanks, Mike..
