Do you know of any books, good web sites for information on playing fretless guitars. Good alternate tuning options, strings, playing techniques etc.

Adrian Belew's 'Electronic Guitarist' has a section on fretless playing. One of my first ever 'customisations' of a guitar was to rip the frets out and try and play fretless. Good fun and nice easy slides etc. Only lasted a few weeks before I hammered the frets back in though
