Godin Artisan TC comments?

Anyone played one of these? Its the Tele-shaped one with a maple cap and ebony fingerboard, two single-coil-sized pickups that each have two rails and look like small humbuckers. Any idea what these guitars sound like?

By and large I LOVE godin guitars. Excellent quality for the money, generally good sound, superb necks and feel. Some models are kind of heavy with the solid maple bodies, heavier than what some folks might like.

Sounds like you're describing the older Godin Tetrad pups...they're okay, but not overly inspiring in my book. godin hasn't used them in a few years. Still could be a very sweet guitar depending on the price
