You know how it is in life when you have periods where you are a little lost, and then a little found and once you get to the point where you are a little found, little bits of wisdom keep popping up all round you, where before there was absolutely nothing (or more to the point - nothing you could see). Its a little like the old saying - ‘When it rains it pours…”
I’m sure if you are still reading this you are wondering what on earth I am going on about and all I am going to tell you is that Jol Danzig has a great post up about some old Miller Guitars that he made way back when, and ever since has been trying to forget it ever happened… only to run into one recently with suprising results (pop over and read)
In my other life (when I am not blogging about guitars) I am also a maker (not of guitars) so I could completely relate to what was going through his mind when all this went down.
And most of all I relate to this bit of wisdom, that I would like to share with you just before thanks-giving
Approach each task as if it were the one that will define you.
