The Practice Pad in Glasgow are offering Gremlin guitars for sale - some plexiglass electrics for £170 and a few different acoustics for a little less.

Are they badged import guitars or something different?

Gremlin is just Hobgoblin Music's own brand. Have a look at the catalogue pages on the Hobgoblin website (www.hobgoblin.co.uk) and you should be able to find more info about them.
