If you want to start a new discussion or thread, all you need to do is go to forum list, choose the most suitable heading (general discussion, or questions or anything else you think is most suitable) and post a new topic.
if you want to write a blog here you are more than welcome.
on your right, under "what can I do?"
there is a button - "write my blog"
just go in there and write your blog!!
(if you don't have that on your screen let me know and admin will open it for you!)
