In the beginning, it sounds like i'm playing the tune underwater. Hence, Yahoo's bandwidth limitations, I had to compress the mp3 at a low bitrate. *sigh*.
This is a mellow, low-key tune about how fragile we can be when we try to help others, and we find out it is *ourselves* who need help, too. I wrote, performed, and recorded this over the weekend.
I'm the first to admit that my vocals are limited, but the melody and arrangement are what I am focusing on, as I hope one day to be a successful songwriter. *cough*
If you really loved me, you'd listen to the mp3.

SONJA'S BREAKDOWN
i'm so glad to see you finally coming 'round lost in the woods and now you're finally found time to enjoy a life of happiness you're running out of space for emptiness
picking up the pieces from your breakdown
we all need some time alone the reasons sometimes are not known but don't be afraid to hide or let your feelings be denied
picking up the pieces from your breakdown
i'm so sad to see you go to see a world i'll never know take good care when i'm not there and when life is just not fair...
