Yeah, this is total sacrilege in my opinion(why try and fix something that's not broken?). This has nothing to do with Ozzy being unhappy with the originals of “Blizzard of Oz” and “Diary of a Madman”. Sharon Osbourne has ordered that the parts of bassist Bob Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake be replaced by Robert Trujillo (ex-Suicidal Tendencies) and Mike Bordin (ex-Faith No More) from Ozzy’s current touring band. Daisley and Kerslake have a $20 million lawsuit pending for back monies they claim Ozzy owes them, and Sharon didn’t want to have to pay them performance royalties for the reissues. What a bitch!

As a friend of mine suggested, if Randy Rhodes was still alive, and had fallen out with Sharon would Mr Wilde be recording all the guitar parts as well?!

ISTR a certain well-known member of UKMG saying something along similar lines about Bob Daisley taking him to court.

An interesting side effect of the performance royalties system. A good reason for living sidemen to keep on good terms with the main performer and song copyright holder.
