I understand your point,. Japanese Strats are good instruments. They do pretty good. Les Paul's reach a point where they dont go lower. Its like a new car, you drive it out the lot, u lose money....

Well I have found a decent Les Paul with two humbuckers and in Cherry Sunburst. Which is apparently very new so what does that sound like?
