I was in a department store this weekend and for $20 one could purchase a pair of Pink Floyd-The Wall Shorts. Needless to say, they were white with brick print and I think they had the PF logo too. In the past few years, I've seen some stupid PF merchandise like incense and lunchboxes, but this might be the dumbest crap yet. I know Rog has the rights to the music of The Wall but is he the only one that could license the image related to that album as well? If so, it's really pathetic. How could someone go on for decades defending the 'depth' and personal significance of The Wall and then market it as lunchboxes, incense, running shorts and action figures?
