I have a Carlsbro Marlin 1500 PA......Will I damge it if I run it with just one speaker instead of both?....

Not a definite answer as I don't know this particular amp or the speaker you have but probably ok. If it is a mono amp with 2 speaker sockets then using both will be a parallel connection and so allow more output power (lower impedance). If it is a stereo amp then no problem you just have to pan to the correct output. More importantly check the min impedance rating on the amp and the impedance of the speaker. Then you will know for sure (assuming they are labelled or you can test with a meter)..
