Id never bothered getting Rick Wrights Broken China. So when i saw Gilmour and Wright at the RFH i was unfamiliar with the song Breakthrough. For me it was the highlight of the shows. It has a great arrangement and was performed amazingly by the band. I got the album today and i have to say i love. I f you havent got it then i would really suggest you at least listen to it. Breakthrough isnt as good as the live version but it still leaves a lasting impretion on me.

I bought Broken China in 1996 when it first came out. Its the type of album that grows on you. It has some good tracks on it. Very atmospheric album.
Breakthrough and Night of a Thousand Furry Toys are two amongst my favourite
