thanks to all of you, with your insite; it was part ZAP logging. on a ISP that was getting hit pretty hard. that was the blink blink 1secondblink the other actvivty ?
I had a CDRW with DIRECTDC it crashed and easy CDcreator with the new drive welll they didnt like each other went to NERO had to convert to INCD, well i must have missed that one in TASKINFO.
selected INCD close process.
Drive activity all gone
