Sessionette:75 @ Curley Music, Liverpool!

I have just learnt of a Sessionette:75 1 x 12' combo available at Curley Music, Liverpool. Recently serviced and updated by us. Tel: 0151 709 8484.

I checked. People need to ask for Paul Ogden, who's selling it privately. It isn't shop stock.

I have one of these - dunno how old it is, mucky grey cloth, and from before Tony Morris distributed the 90, which had a much clunkier clean sound.

It was a nice little pub/small club gigging amp, quite warm & sweet for a tranny, but I haven't used it for so long I'd forgotten what was under all the gaffer tape on the cover.

on seeing your post adrian, I remembered that you're playing a london gig shortly, and wandered off to your website to find out the date.

and it's the 19th of february, which bloody well clashes with the damien rice gig that I already have tickets for!

Yes, they must have been mad to alter it! But they can be restored to my original design.

The update takes some of the brightness off of the clean channel, without upsetting it's Fenderish tone.

Channel A has it's distortion circuitry brought up to date and made smoother sounding. Their tone is well thought of by many... but nothing like our newer designs.

Suits have no ears, but a have long and ignoble tradition of trashing perfectly good instruments and amps

You deserved better, there'd have been more old farts with Twin Reverb back strains around now without that amp. Perhaps some of us could sue Tony

I didn't know there was a problem with it.

I've never really found that much use for distortion. The first time I ever turned a fuzzbox on for a solo the bass player turned around and started banging his amp to stop the noise.
