Should one have setups on guitars done on a regular basis, say once a year, or only when problems show up?

Not Really If You Havent Bumped Up The String Guage
And Everything Sounds Normal You Can Check Your
Intoneation With a Tuner And Check Your Guitars Neck With A Fret Level Or String Sight It

If Its Been Done Already
it Wont Be Far From Where It Was
