Hi
This kinda doesn't make much sense but this is what happens. I have an ibanez IBZ15B amp, and for the most part its fine. Sometimes thought, especially if I play it in a specific room in my house, it buzzes on one of the frets...It doesn't do that if it is in its usual place ,and only buzzes on a certain fret... What is going on?

It could be interference from something; say maybe flourescent lighting. But is probably a vibration being caused. Might not even be the amp, could be the floor vibrating or something else in the room ... playing my bass fools me sometimes because it causes other noises in the room ..LOL
I'm not sure this is the answer you wanted, but I gave it a go ...
