I ordered it the other day on Amazon.co.uk - it seemed to give a more certain release date, whereas Amazon.com was rather vague, and Amazon.ca didn't have a listing for it at all. The price on the two Amazons was about the same (allowing for exchange and shipping), but a bit less on the UK site ( - came to just under 10 pounds, shipping included). Knowing what your Beatles covers sound like these days, I'm looking forward to it! Hope it sells well enough to cover your airfare all those years ago ...

After I was out of contract with EMI, I went out to LA and got signed by Mike Post and did a rather silly single on the Bell label. I went back home to St. Louis, went into a record store to buy something, and when I got in line to pay, a young guy in front of me was holding my single in the checkout line. I almost died. I watched him buy it and then went over said, 'Hey thanks...' What a strange feeling. Amazing.
