I'm sure you'll sell at least some of it here - at a fair price - plus you know it will get looked after and you can tell your friend's widow that you'll probably see some of the gear getting put to good use from time to time at PUs.

Not sure what else to recommend really, except to say don't be in a rush to sell it.
