What if I am playing my guitar and then it suddenly makes a big fuzz noise like static and its neither the amp or cable?

It could be the input jack on your guitar also, it's in the mix.

Lefty Bod Has a Good Point
And Id Like To Futher It Its Possably a Ground Fault
In The Guitar Or Elsewhere In The Home
Its Also a Possability Of The Guitar Electronics Not Being Properly Shielded

does It make a Differnce When You Touch The Strings ?

Have you taken it apart before ? It's an good thing to learn how to do small repairs. Saves you time and money.
